THE TEAM
MIKE WILLIAMS
Mike was one of the original founding partners of Yellow Hat in 1993 and has a military background having previously held a commission in the army.
During eight years in the services Mike developed key leadership, teamwork and management skills using a combination of traditional and contemporary techniques.
Between the army and joining Yellow Hat, Mike worked in international sales/financing with an aircraft re-marketing company, and recently completed a four year assignment as Business Development Director for a UK manufacturing company.
Specialist interests: management; leadership and teambuilding skills; problem solving and decision-making; project management; self management; programme design, delivery and evaluation.
